Meet Our Practice Circles
At WorkAccord Learning, we come together around shared callings, not just shared credentials. Our Practice Circles are small, intentional groups, where members reflect, explore, and support one another in areas of meaningful practice.
Each Circle holds space for a different kind of contribution. You are welcome to join one - or more - depending on the work you do and the values you hold.
For Those Who Are Peacemakers
For those working in conflict resolution, mediation, or system design.
We reflect on the challenges of resolving conflict with integrity. This is a space for practitioners and facilitators to share approaches, test ideas, and support one another in the ongoing work of peace - personal, professional, and structural.
For Those Who Teach
For facilitators, program designers, educators, and reflective practitioners.
This Circle supports those helping others to learn - whether through teaching, training, or thoughtful guidance. We’re here to think through what ethical, meaningful learning looks like in practice.
For Those Who Care
For people working within or alongside the care and support economy.
That includes aged care, disability services, veterans & community support, and reform advocacy. We come together to talk about what it means to care well - under pressure, within systems, and in service of change.
Your’e Welcome
Each Circle is lightly facilitated, member-driven, and values-aware. You're welcome to listen, join in, or shape the conversation. These are not “expert forums” - they are spaces of trust, dialogue, and shared growth.
Start where you feel most drawn. You’ll find good company.
