When I’m not in a conference, facilitating a mediation, or deep in project work, you’ll usually find me in WorkAccord Learning—our collaborative practice ecosystem.

I’ve designed WorkAccord Learning to be more than a professional learning platform. It functions as my virtual office—a space where I work, think, test ideas, and connect with others who are navigating the intersections of governance, dispute resolution, and ethical leadership. It’s the community dimension of my practice, where structured learning meets reflective dialogue.

Alongside this, I also write at Field Notes from Post-Law Peacemaking on Substack. That’s where I share deeper reflections from the field—case studies, conceptual provocations, and grounded insights into what it’s like to practise relationally in a systems-bound world.
